How can I check if the dates
I require are available?
Check our availability with us first by
completing the enquiry form. We will respond ASAP. Also check our availability
calendar.
How can I secure my dates?
Once availability is confirmed, complete booking form (link
provided) and send.
How much is the deposit and when is the balance due?
The deposit is £100/$200 per booking. The final balance is
required 8 weeks before departure. More info can be found by
opening the `Terms
& Conditions` link.
What about the security deposit?
£100/$200 security deposit is required in advance as a
guarantee against any damage through negligence or theft of
property from the villa. This is returned to you within 28 days or
less provided that no issues are reported by our Management
Company after your departure.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept personal checks/cheques, direct bank transfers via
internet banking and credit card payments via PayPal (a 3% charge
will apply for this service). We have both UK and US bank accounts
to transfer money into and UK and US addresses to send checks/cheques
to.
What is included in the price?
The price includes all villa facilities, equipment, utilities,
taxes and cleaning charges. The only extra you may have to
consider is optional pool heating which is generally recommended
October to April .Community facilities such as tennis courts, gym,
and children’s playground, are included but golf will be extra.

How far from Disney are you?
We are approx 15 miles /18 minutes from the gates of Disney
World. It is a clear run up the I:4 so you will miss the traffic
queuing on the 192 from Kissimmee! We are centrally located for
other attractions, Busch gardens and Tampa Bay being less than an
hour away. The golden beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just a
little further beyond Tampa. The rejuvenated Cypress Gardens is
less than 10 minutes away.
What is in the villa and what do we need to bring?
We have tried to provide as much as possible for you to save
you the hassle of bringing your own goods with you. Generally, the
villa is fully equipped including linen, towels, hairdryers, iron
& board, etc.
How do we check in?
There is a key code box on the front door that holds the door
key. The code will be given to you prior to departure. You do not
need to check in with anyone. Our Management Company will be aware
of your arrival and are on hand 24 hrs a day in case of any
problems.
What are arrival & departure times?
Arrival is anytime after 4pm and departure is before 11am. You
may be able to extend these times if there are no guests
leaving/due at the time of your visit. Check with us before your
departure and we will do our best to meet your individual needs.
How can we be contacted or contact others?
There is a telephone in the villa. The phone number will be
given to you prior to departure. Our Management Company's 24 hour
emergency number will also be given to you. The villa phone can be
used for FREE local, National & 30 minutes of International
calls. ALL TO LANDLINES ONLY.
What about the high speed internet access?
Provided you have a laptop/notebook computer, you can connect
straight to the internet free of charge at any time. There is a
wireless router in the villa so you can sit by the pool and check
your emails or the weather forecast!!
